PAPERPOD CANADA returns policy
If we send you the wrong item, or the product is damaged
we will arrange for collection, free of charge by
Parcel Force and on receipt of the returned item issue
a replacement.
Please
contact us at info@paperpod.ca
if you wish to return an item.
Please
do not send any returns to our PO Box No.
Please
include your name, and order reference plus the reason
for wanting to return the item.
Please
note: we can only accept the return of opened items
if they are faulty.
If
you're not happy with the product you receive, we
want to know about it. We will try and do everything
we can, within reason, to ensure that you remain a
satisfied customer.
Returning
a product
Once you have contacted us at info@paperpod.ca
and we have agreed to a return, we will arrange collection
from you. Should you want a replacement item we will
not ship until the original item/s are returned.
NOTE
the address given with your invoice and order is NOT
A RETURNS ADDRESS.
If your product has arrived damaged, please contact
us at info@paperpod.ca
or using the post address included with the order
documents (please bear in mind this is NOT the returns
address).
We
will investigate transit damage with our parcel courier
in all cases - and arrange collection of the damaged
item.
PAPERPOD CANADA
will aim to deliver the highest of standards in service;
however in accepting this, your statutory rights are
not affected or limited in any way.
